The Story Behind Xiaobai Plush

For millions of people around the world, Xiaobai is more than just a dog.

As the younger brother of Manyu, he has grown up alongside our community through countless videos and everyday moments. Curious, energetic, and endlessly playful, Xiaobai has a special talent for making people smile.

Xiaobai has never been the quiet one. He's curious about everything, listens to almost nothing, and somehow always ends up exactly where he's not supposed to be. But that's the funny thing about Xiaobai. No matter what kind of trouble he causes, he always wears the same innocent expression—as if none of it was his idea in the first place.

When we created the Xiaobai Plush, we wanted to capture that side of him. Not a perfect dog. Not a well-behaved dog. Just Xiaobai—the endlessly curious little troublemaker who makes every day a little more unpredictable and a lot more fun.

The Alter Ego Series imagines the many versions of Xiaobai that exist inside his head. Because every mischievous dog secretly believes he's the main character of his own story.

Rebel Xiaobai

Behind those oversized goggles and tiny guitar is a dog who dreams much bigger than he actually is.

Rebel Xiaobai was inspired by the version of Xiaobai who thinks he's the coolest dog in town. He imagines himself as a rock star, a rebel, and a rule-breaker—despite still looking impossibly adorable.

It's a playful reminder that confidence doesn't always have to make sense. Sometimes it's enough to believe you're legendary.

Sheriff Xiaobai

Sheriff Xiaobai might be the funniest version of all.

He's the dog most likely to cause the trouble, yet somehow also the first to volunteer for keeping the peace.

With his cowboy hat and sheriff badge, Xiaobai proudly patrols a town that exists entirely in his imagination. There may not be any rules to enforce—but that won't stop him from taking his job very seriously.

After all, every troublemaker secretly wants to be the hero.
